Stingers & Logo Animation

Stinger

A short transition that plays between scene switching on stream.

$200+ USD for a custom designed and animated stinger transition about 3-5 seconds longs.Extra fee if you'd like complex logo or character art animation included, such as the letters individually animating in.No extra fee if you just want a logo/image popping in as a whole.

Logo ANIMATION

Have your logo animated on a transparent background to use in videos, streams, or as a watermark. Or pair it with a stinger to have a flashier transition.

$170+ USD standalone complex logo animation. Will be delivered as a .webm file with transparent background in various durations (.mov delivery on request)Extra fee if character art is involved.

For character limb/hair/clothing animation, price will start at $300. Please have a thoroughly layered PSD or CLIP file of the art ready to send.Price will go up considerably if you provide art that is not already properly layered/separated, such as a PNG or a PSD that is flattened (or has one background layer and one character layer both flattened)Price may also increase if the art style is very complex to animate with and/or if there is text animation, such as "Starting soon" or a logo animation.

Expect about $275 USD/every 30 seconds of video for complex character animation and effects (with sound effects) like the examples on this page.If you want simpler animation, please reach out to me with what you are looking for and samples of the artwork for a quote.

vtuber showcase videos

Regular Showcase

$250+ USD for a regular showcase with an intro highlighting 5 expression/physics closeups, toggle/animation closeups, and several half body shots. Animated backgrounds and transitions are included.

Complex Showcase

A complex showcase has more scenes and labeled closeups for model features the whole video. The main difference is complex showcases is not just two models on the screen most of the time. Price depends on complexity.If your model has over 10+ unique features besides expressions, you will automatically have a complex showcase (see example below).

Promotional videos

Promotional videos for your event, product, game, zine, or whatever it may be!

Can be anywhere from $400 to $1000 to $1500 or more. Cheaper if there is repetitive imagery, slow scenes, simple movements. More pricey if it's a long video (few minutes or more), character and limb animation, intricate details, lots of kinetic typography, and monetization.

Custom designed and coded chat or stream widgets for your Twitch stream. I handle the design and then pass it off to my coder to make it usable. Starts at $400 and goes up based on complexity and client's unique wants/needs

COMPLEX, 4 MINUTE MUSIC VIDEOS ARE A LOT OF EFFORT BECAUSE I'M DOING THE TYPOGRAPHY, ART ANIMATION, EFFECTS, TRANSITIONS, DESIGNS, LIGHTING, BACKGROUNDS, COMPOSITION, VISUAL NARRATIVE, AND MORE. I PUT MY WHOLE AE-USSY INTO THESE AND I WILL PROBS SUFFER

Debut Announcement Videos

Process

1. If commissions are open, fill out and submit the Google Form (there may be a waitlist).2. I will contact you in a few days if accepted.3. You will pay in FULL before I start. Invoices are emailed to you via Square, Stripe, or Venmo (US). You do not need an account for Square and Stripe.*If you are on the waitlist, you will pay the waitlist fee first and then the full commission amount when you are up next in queue.4. I will send you progress updates when I have them and you can provide feedback/edits. (please be fully aware before commissioning that I am PRETTY SLOW at doing things because I have a day job so do not commission me if you want things yesterday)5. Once completed, I send you the final files to download!

Terms of Service

Clients agree to the below terms when commissioning KaeVeo.
Clients who violate these terms may be blacklisted and declined future commissions.

▪️PAYMENT: Client must pay in FULL before the commission is started. Clients must pay before the invoice deadline otherwise the commission may be cancelled.▪️TIMELINE: It may take an upwards of 3 months to deliver the commission (this does not include the time on the waitlist). Timeline is subject to change based on each project's needs.▪️RUSH COMMISSIONS: Rush commissions are only available for a +100% price increase.▪️ GUIDANCE: Commissions with no visual guidance/reference will have an additional charge of up to 40% the base price for the time it will take me to come up with a design myself.▪️ REVISIONS: Two revisions are allowed during the draft phase. After that, two minor edits allowed in final stages. One minor revision is allowed within a week of the final files being delivered. Any revisions requested where extra work outside of what was outlined during or after the commission is done will be charged accordingly.▪️ NDA / PRIVACY: If the client wants to keep the commission private (no livestreaming, no work-in-progress screenshots posted), an additional 25% fee will be applied to the commission price.

▪️ CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If client cancels when work has been done, the client will be refunded a portion of the amount that reflects how much work I has already done. Client will not be refunded if the commission is more than 50% done.▪️ CREDIT: Client agrees to credit @KaeVeo as the artist/designer, such as in Twitch panels or YouTube video descriptions. Client agrees to not claim the commission as the commission as own work.▪️ DISTRIBUTION: Client agrees to not resell the commission to third parties or for profit, such as selling a logo commission on merchandise or as an NFT. Usage for AI learning is prohibited. The commission must be used for its intended purpose and the only profit allowed is through Twitch subscriptions or YouTube monetization. KaeVeo retains all rights to the assets made and anything that involves profit should be discussed prior. Full commercial rights and ownership is available for a considerably increased price.▪️ Client acknowledges that no physical items are involved in transactions. Client will be given digital files only.▪️ Client must be 18+ to commission.

I'm a motion design gal who works in the gaming industry full-time! I'm currently creating trailers for MapleStory and other titles~I got my start in video and design back in the 2010s when I would use Sony Vegas to make MMVs on YouTube (MapleStory music videos) and then I animated Tokyo Ghoul manga panels on Tumblr. I am self-taught and never went to school for anything art related, so I am a big supporter in not having to go to formal art school to get into the industry 🙌 (I used Tumblr for my very first portfolio and it was filled with anime edits and somehow that got me hired)Alongside working my day job, I've been freelancing for several years and currently work with the Vtuber community making videos and stream animations!In my free time, you'll sleeping a lot, throwing money at small artists, and fueling my spicy ramen addiction 🍜
